I just bought a car from Scott (owner) November 2020 and I couldn't be more pleased. I found myself in a tricky situation needing a new car quickly in the middle of an auto shortage. A local search wasn't turning up anything and then my mom sent me the listing for this perfect little 2005 Scion stick shift with low mileage, I ended up driving 5 hours out of state just to come pick up the car and it was fully worth it. Scott was flexible in communicating with both my mother and I, and let my grandfather who lived locally test drive the car before I came out to pick it up. Doing an out of state purchase is confusing but Scott was patient and understanding, he helped walk me through my options and made sure I knew when their local DMV would be open and everything. My family always buys used cars and generally after you buy the car you are on your own. Scott has stayed remarkably easy to get in contact with after the purchase and is even helping me communicate with a mechanic in my area with some small work I knew needed to be done at the time of purchase. As a young woman in a new area I appreciate Scott helping make sure I don't get ripped off by a mechanic after getting such a great deal on the car. I’ve know Scott Gellar for 35 years and I’ve purchased several cars from him before, for my two children. He knows how particular I am and how I put the safety of my kids above everything else. He always makes sure that the cars we buy are safe and reasonably priced. He has always stood behind his cars and if anything needed attention, he took care of it. Purchased a 2009 Honda Civic sedan EX-L from car dealer Scott who is the most unique car dealer who I ever had the experience of buying a car from. He is has a somewhat unorthodox way of doing business ( definitely unusual ) but after what I will admit took some patience on my part ,Scott came through on his promise that I would be a satisfied customer, to which I will add,I am quite the satisfied customer. The Honda I purchased which required some cosmetic front end repair (waiting for this repair to be completed is where the patience came in on my part) resulted in me eventually getting a beautiful car. After the bodywork repairs were made my Honda not only looks but rides like new ! The milage is so extremely low,that it still has "New car smell" the real benefit is I shopped around and there was no other deal that offered this beautiful of a car ,with the low amount of milage at the price that Scott sold it to me for ! I have had many compliments on how brand new my Honda looks inside and out and the car rides likes a dream. I'm extremely happy with my purchase from ( GDT auto )

So, my wife and I were looking for a new car, and family planning for the future decided on something like a Subaru, like an Outback or a Forester. We started looking and before long we found a deal listen online for a really good price and inquired. Long story short, we got a great price and a great vehicle. A 2013 Subaru Forester. The owner was patient while we got all of our assets together, and played phone tag with our insurance agent, and a handful of other speed-bumps that slowed down the process. Ultimately satisfied with our purchase, would be willing to come back if ever we need another car.
